Speech Therapy Team

Joseph L. Garcia, MS-CCC/SLP, MHMS
Director of Clinical Operations

Joe holds both a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Emerson College (Boston, MA) and a Master's degree in Healthcare Management and Sustainability from Wilson College (Chambersburg, PA). Prior to his joining KTZ, Joe has worked extensively in both private, public, and medical settings and has maintained a keen interest in lifelong learning as well as teaching. He holds a PA license in Speech-Language Pathology and is nationally certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.

Michelle Earnest, MS, CCC-SLP

Michelle graduated from Florida State University in Tallahassee receiving her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders.  She went onto earn her Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Central Florida.

Michelle began her career in the school system then advanced into home health and outpatient clinic setting.  With over 10 years of experience in speech therapy, Michelle enjoys articulation disorders the most since the outcome is life changing.

After living in Florida and Texas, she relocated to this area with her husband and dogs.  Michelle joined Kidz Therapy Zone in April 2018.

In her spare she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 dogs.  They enjoy walking, reading, hiking, swimming and watching college football. 

Michelle's favorite team is the Florida State Seminoles. 

Devon Hall, MS, SLP

Devon received both her Master of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Bachelor of Health Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida. Before joining the team at Kidz Therapy Zone, Devon has gained vast experience with various pediatric populations in both outpatient and school settings. Devon has a great foundation and background in speech and language delays/disorders, articulation and phonological disorders and looks forward to expanding her knowledge even further in pediatric feeding and swallowing. She has a special interest in the younger populations, but looks forward to treating patients of all ages. 

Devon recently moved to the area from Florida and is very excited to join Kidz Therapy Zone!


Occupational Therapy Team

Georgia Cleary, MS OT, OTR/L

Georgia graduated with both a Bachelors of Health Science and Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2018 from Misericordia University. Georgia concentrated her occupational therapy studies in pediatric care. Georgia has prior pediatric experience through her fieldwork experience as well as several jobs over her college career. She has also helped to develop and run social skills and sensory-motor groups for children on the Autism spectrum. Georgia is excited to join Kidz Therapy Zone and bring her passion and energy to the therapy team.

In her spare time, Georgia enjoys traveling and exploring as well as spending time with her family and friends, running, baking, and shopping.

Kimberly Romano, MS OT, OTR/L

Kimberly graduated from St. Joseph's College in 2015 with her Bachelors Degree in Speech Communications. She received her Masters of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Le Moyne College in 2018. Kimberly has gained experience designing and implementing a sensory room for her Masters Capstone project. Kimberly has prior pediatric experience at a public and behavioral school, and in early intervention through her fieldwork experience. Kimberly also works part time in early intervention and at a acute care hospital for adults. 
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her Chihuahua. She also enjoys exercising, watching movies, cooking, and traveling. Kimberly's favorite sport is gymnastics and she has six years of experience coaching children of all ages and abilities. 
Kimberly recently moved to the area from Long Island New York and is excited to join Kidz Therapy Zone! 
Deidre Bumbarger, COTA/L
Leadership and Mentor Manager

Deidre Graduated from Penn State Mont Alto with her Associates of Science degree in Occupational Therapy, along with her experience working outpatient pediatric clinics, Deidre is certified in the Integrative Listening System, assists with therapeutic horseback riding and has coordinated the VIP Soccer program for special needs children in AYSO Region 1539.

Deidre enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, playing and coaching soccer, traveling, and being creative. 
Justin Freeman, OTA

Justin is a recent graduate of Penn State Mont Alto Campus. Justin pursued his occupational therapy career due to a strong desire to help children of all ages. Justin enjoys crisis intervention, autism, behavioral issues along with functional delays. Justin enjoys working with children of all ages and becomes enthusiastic watching children progress and achieving their developmental milestones. 

In Justin's free time, he assists on a commercial farm. Justin is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.
Natalie Markovich, COTA/L
Natalie graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2016 with her Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy. 
She has worked in school-based settings as well as outpatient settings.  Natalie has worked with ages ranging from 4 to 60.  Her knowledge and experience in combined treatment settings and different levels of function brings a new and exciting outlook to our practice.
In her spare time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
Donna Bosenbark, COTA/L

Donna received her Bachelors of Science, Health and Physical Education from Slippery Rock University, and her Associated of Science in Occupational Therapy from Penn State University.  Donna has been licensed since 1993 as a COTA.    Although most of her experience is with the geriatric population, Donna treated children at South Mountain Restoration where she established a rehabilitation program for state prisoners in collaboration with the Director of Rehab.  Donna uses her experience to create and develop treatment options with children.

In her free time, Donna enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.  She also enjoys long walks with her dog and gardening.
